EHT and ME

My results have been nothing less than spectacular!

Energy – All day sustained energy like I don’t recall having since I was a kid.
Mental Focus, Clarity and SPEED– my thoughts are just flying right along. Funny way I noticed it, almost right away, was with decision making while driving. It’s easier, I respond quicker, I don’t hesitate, I see what’s coming ahead, I decide and go. Race car driver in the making! (wink) LOL.
Memory – I keep track of short term things much easier now. Where did I put…? Yup, I know the answer now. When you walk into a room and can’t remember why you’re there? Not so much now. 🙂
Vibrant Colors– it may be a seemingly less important side benefit but it’s true! Everything is brighter now, like the color dial has been turned up a notch. It stopped me in my tracks one day as I looked at a sunset and was blown away. I LOVE my brighter, sharper, bolder world! 🙂 

That’s all well and good, fantastic actually. However….there’s more!

Recall – Now that it’s been 2 months I’m noticing my Recall has also started to improve. The benefit of improved recall was one HUGE reason why I was personally so excited when I learned about EHT®.

Difficulty with recall has long been a challenge for me. I don’t know exactly when the improvements first started but I’ve noticed that now I’m able to think back and recall names, details and information, on my own, that I just flat out couldn’t before. I would argue with Kerwin that no I’ve never done that before, no I never went there, no, no, no…. and truly believe it was the truth. 🤷🏼‍♀️ There was zero memory I could recall on the situation in question until my husband would start triggering my memory by saying – “you wore…., we went with…, saw…., remember you did…., we talked about…” and with his prompting,  basically doing the recall for me, all of the sudden my brain could pull up the memory.

The only way I can think to describe the overall effect of EHT® on my life is it’s like the individual pieces of the puzzle that is my life are all coming together in harmony now, instead of being scattered every which way. Imagine opening a 2,000 piece puzzle box and dumping the contents on the table and then trying to find one specific piece, edge pieces are challenging enough, imagine trying to find a specific non-edge piece amongst 2,000. 😫 That was my brain before EHT® .

Now it’s like the scene in Sleeping Beauty where the fairies are waving their wands and brooms, cake ingredients and fabric are all floating up in the air in front of and around them, perfectly controlled. I know exactly where “almost” every piece is now and can match them up with other pieces as needed while also creating new images and ideas.

What does the future hold for me, and my husband, at 90 days and beyond? Wow, that’s crazily exciting to think about although I’m almost scared to imagine more.

8 Top Tips for Personal Development

Ahhh…..early mornings spent in my cozy chair snuggled under my blanket in front of the fireplace (loving the cooler weather) reading a “good book” is one of the highlights of my day!

My ‘book’ of choice now is actually a magazine yes, I know, but I love Live Happy! What a way to start your day on a positive note with great stories and tips! *And the digital edition available on the iPad is so FUN! 😀

Growing up I used to love reading fiction but now my joie is found in self-help books. The Law of Attraction says that you attract more of what you ARE. When you become a little better in some way than you were the day prior, your life and your circumstances will improve; things get easier as you get better. Who doesn’t want that, right?

So how do you become better? Personal Development! By simply following a course of continual growth and striving to reach your full potential.

Here are 8 of the most helpful suggestions I’ve found for improving one’s self.

    1. Start Now 
      There is no such thing as the perfect time. Do something about your personal development plan today. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, so you need to start now. You can build on what you do today, tomorrow. Don’t become a pro at procrastination! 😉
    2. Read, Read, Read
      Make it your personal goal to read at least a book per month, or 10 pages of a good book a day. Learn from the successful people who have gone before you. Choose a trait you would like to improve on over the next 90 days and get books, lectures, attend a seminar…etc all around that topic.
    3. Me Time
      Take time every day to do something for yourself, even if it’s just 10 minutes of guilt free quiet time drinking a cup of coffee, or tea, as is now my drink of choice. Reward yourself in little ways for the progress you’re making.
    4. Journaling
      Keep a daily journal, recording your thoughts, ideas, feelings, and GRATITUDE’S. Time for Reflection is key as John C Maxwell writes in his book The 15 Invaluable Laws of Personal Growth:

      “Learning to pause allows growth to catch up with you.”

    5. Be Accountable
      As hard as it is to accept, you are 100% responsible for what you are today and where you are today. No one else is to blame. Your choices and actions have gotten you to where you are today. By accepting personal responsibility you free yourself from the victim mentality and can begin to change things in your life for the better. If you want to become someone (or be somewhere) different than you are today, make personal growth your #1 priority. YOU are in the driver’s seat for YOUR future.
    6. Feed Your Mind
      Choose carefully what and WHO you allow IN. By filling your mind with positive ideas, thoughts, and people who support and inspire you, you will be happier and have no room left for the negative.
    7. Visualize
      Put up pictures of your dreams and goals where you will see them frequently. Create Vision Boards. Allow yourself to dream big WITHOUT LIMITS! Spend time every day visualizing your dreams being realized, in full color with all the sights, sounds, smells and emotions.

             8. Never Give Up
                Life works in cycles and moves to a rhythm. You will have days when the funk hits you. When you                  hit a slow point or things don’t seem to be moving, don’t give up. Be kind to yourself and Keep Going.

And most of all, remember that there is no end to your personal development journey. So have FUN and enjoy the ride!

Are you looking for your passion?

Have you ever said “I’m just not passionate about what I do”?

Heck, I personally have expressed part of the reason why I left my career in the Corporate World as that I no longer knew what I was passionate about and I wanted to take some time to figure it out.

Well, thank goodness! I have been disabused of that terrible notion. ? I’ve learned that you don’t ‘lose’ your passion. It’s not something that can be found. Its always there inside of you but like electricity, you may have just turned the light switch OFF. So then, how do we flip the switch and get the lights back ON?

Switch #1

Being Passionate about WHAT you do.

Contrary to common belief, and mine too until recently, this isn’t where all of passion lives and dies. WHAT you do IS a switch but needs a dose of reality thrown in.

You can’t say it much plainer than that! ?

There’s so much I do really love about the company I’ve partnered with, Nerium International. Way more than 5% worth! Why have I chosen Nerium, why will I never leave and why do I have dreams again? Listen in!

But following the system day in and day out, mastering the mundane, dealing with disappointment, the foibles of people, sigh….now that is not what I love.

Switch #2

Being Passionate about WHY you do it.

What is your mission? What do you want to accomplish with what you’re doing? What gets you out of bed in the morning?
My WHY is to enable my husband to walk away from his J.O.B., create a magical life of Personal Freedom for us both and help others to Dare Greatly and achieve their Dreams.
Its been said more times then I can count, that if your why doesn’t make you cry it’s not strong enough. If you truly love the results of what you do, then you’ll be able to get thru the other 95% of the time.
If this is YOUR switch then drill down deep into your WHY and be crystal clear on it, write it out and hang it where you will look at it daily.

Being Passionate about HOW you do it.

Do you bring all of your passion and enthusiasm to doing quality work, regardless if it is a seemingly mundane task? If you aren’t fueled by recognition, applause and gratitude in order to execute the HOWs with excellence then this may be your switch.

That a seemingly insignificant HOW is so powerful was a wonderful surprise for me. I do the HOW by putting ME into everything thing I do, being Real, being Happy, having Fun and doing it the way it feels right, always being true to myself. I AM happy, excited and passionate because of what I do and why and who I do it for. And yes, there’s a tiny bit of perfectionism in the mix too. 😉

Being Passionate about WHO you do it for.

The WHO could be your family, your children, anyone or any group of people, even a country, as long as it’s NOT you.

If this is YOUR switch when you refocus on WHO is being served by what you are doing, why and how you are doing it you will be LIT UP inside and ready to do whatever it takes to get it accomplished.
